Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our website, quote requests, accepted quotes, scheduled services, payments, and exterior cleaning services performed by Eclipse Power Wash LLC.

These Terms should be read together with any written quote, accepted estimate, invoice, service agreement, customer preparation instructions, and written service notes provided for a specific job.

The person accepting a quote, scheduling service, or authorizing work represents that they have authority to approve the service for the property or account.

Eclipse Power Wash LLC provides exterior cleaning services, which may include pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, gutter brightening, concrete cleaning, driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, exterior washing, and related services.

The specific services included for a customer are limited to the written quote, accepted estimate, invoice, service agreement, or written communication provided by Eclipse Power Wash LLC.

Services, repairs, specialty stain removal, restoration work, oxidation removal, window cleaning, screen cleaning, moving of personal property, repeated treatments, or additional labor are not included unless specifically listed in writing.

If there is a conflict between a general service description and the accepted quote, the accepted quote controls the scope of work for that specific job.

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. This may include customer-provided information, photos, measurements, property details, visible conditions, and our professional judgment.

If the actual condition, size, access, contamination level, safety risk, water availability, or requested scope differs from what was known at the time of quoting, Eclipse Power Wash LLC may recommend changes to the scope of work or pricing.

Additional work, specialty treatments, increased scope, or work outside the accepted quote may require customer approval and may result in additional charges.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes and estimates are valid for the period shown on the quote. Pricing may change after expiration due to changes in scope, property condition, material costs, scheduling, availability, or other business factors.

Customers are responsible for preparing the property before service. This includes closing windows and doors, unlocking gates, moving vehicles, clearing work areas, removing or protecting fragile items, securing pets and animals, turning off sprinklers, identifying sensitive areas, and ensuring required water access is available.

Customers must notify Eclipse Power Wash LLC before service of known leaks, defective seals, damaged siding, loose paint, rotted wood, weak mortar, electrical concerns, drainage issues, fragile surfaces, newly painted surfaces, newly sealed surfaces, specialty materials, sensitive plants, ponds, koi ponds, chickens, livestock, outdoor pets, gardens, wells, or other site conditions that require special care.

If the property is not ready, access is blocked, water is unavailable, another contractor prevents safe work, or site conditions make service unsafe or impractical, Eclipse Power Wash LLC may reschedule, modify the scope, charge a reasonable trip or downtime fee where permitted by law, or decline to perform the affected work.

Eclipse Power Wash LLC may provide customer preparation instructions or a Customer Preparation Checklist before service. Customers are responsible for reviewing and following those instructions where applicable.

By scheduling service, the customer authorizes Eclipse Power Wash LLC and its representatives to access the areas of the property reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for providing a working on-site water source that is turned on and accessible at the time of service. If water must be supplied, transported, accessed from another source, or obtained through special arrangements, additional charges may apply.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that work areas are accessible, reasonably safe, and free from avoidable obstructions. Eclipse Power Wash LLC is not responsible for delays, incomplete work, or additional charges caused by inaccessible areas, locked gates, low water supply, blocked work areas, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate information provided before service.

If the customer is not present, the customer is responsible for ensuring that Eclipse Power Wash LLC has permission and practical access to perform the agreed work.

Exterior cleaning work may be affected by weather, safety conditions, site readiness, access, equipment issues, water availability, traffic, other contractors, or other circumstances. Eclipse Power Wash LLC may reschedule service when conditions make work unsafe, ineffective, or impractical.

Light rain may not prevent service. Heavy rain, lightning, freezing conditions, high winds, extreme heat, unsafe surfaces, or hazardous conditions may require delay or rescheduling.

If Eclipse Power Wash LLC arrives and cannot begin or complete work because the site is not ready, access is blocked, water is unavailable, another contractor is occupying the work area, or required preparation has not been completed, additional trip, downtime, or rescheduling charges may apply where permitted by law.

Payment terms will be listed on the quote, invoice, or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion of service.

Eclipse Power Wash LLC may require deposits, partial payments, or prepayment for certain jobs, larger projects, commercial work, specialty services, custom scheduling, or materials.

Customers should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule service. Cancellations, deposits, and rescheduling fees may be subject to applicable law, including any cancellation rights that apply to certain residential, off-premises, or home-solicitation transactions.

Past due balances may result in late fees where permitted, suspension of future service, collection efforts, recovery of reasonable collection costs, and other remedies available under applicable law.

Exterior cleaning may reveal, loosen, or make more visible pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, wear, oxidation, staining, failed coatings, loose paint, brittle caulk, weak mortar, cracked siding, rotted wood, deteriorated trim, damaged seals, loose fixtures, defective construction, improper installation, or other conditions that existed before service.

Eclipse Power Wash LLC is not responsible for damage, movement, discoloration, water intrusion, material failure, or appearance changes caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, poor maintenance, aging materials, hidden defects, manufacturer defects, oxidation, failed coatings, or surfaces that are not in sound condition.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their property in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, construction standards, and reasonable maintenance practices before cleaning.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the property is reasonably weathertight before service. This includes windows, doors, vents, electrical fixtures, outlets, light fixtures, siding, roofing, flashing, trim, caulking, seals, and other exterior openings.

Water intrusion may occur where there are defective seals, open windows, poor installation, missing caulk, damaged flashing, gaps, cracks, vents, deteriorated materials, or other vulnerable areas. Eclipse Power Wash LLC is not responsible for water intrusion or related damage caused by pre-existing defects, poor installation, lack of maintenance, or conditions outside our reasonable control.

Customers should cover, secure, or shut off sensitive electrical components before service where appropriate. Eclipse Power Wash LLC may avoid or decline cleaning around electrical components, fixtures, outlets, or equipment that appear unsafe or vulnerable to water exposure.

Eclipse Power Wash LLC uses professional methods and cleaning solutions designed to produce safe and effective results. However, cleaning results vary based on age, material, condition, staining, exposure, drainage, prior maintenance, and the type of contamination present.

Some stains and conditions may not be fully removable through standard cleaning, including rust, oil, irrigation stains, battery acid, artillery fungus, oxidation, tannin stains, efflorescence, deep organic staining, paint, sealer failure, mineral deposits, etching, and embedded discoloration.

Cleaning may make oxidation, fading, uneven color, previous staining, wear patterns, concrete defects, wood damage, loose mortar, or failed coatings more visible after dirt, algae, mildew, or organic buildup is removed.

Specialty stain removal, restoration work, oxidation removal, brightening, sanding, sealing, painting, repairs, or repeat treatments are not included unless specifically listed in writing.

Windows may have spotting, streaking, or mineral marks after exterior washing, especially when window cleaning is not included in the accepted quote.

Eclipse Power Wash LLC may use professional exterior cleaning solutions, including detergents, surfactants, degreasers, sodium hypochlorite-based solutions, acids for certain specialty applications, and other cleaning agents appropriate for the service being performed.

We take reasonable precautions to protect surrounding property, plants, pets, animals, and sensitive areas. These precautions may include controlled application, dilution, pre-rinsing, post-rinsing, runoff management, temporary exclusion zones, and other reasonable measures based on the service and site conditions.

Customers are responsible for notifying Eclipse Power Wash LLC before service of any sensitive plants, gardens, newly planted landscaping, ponds, koi ponds, fish, chickens, livestock, outdoor pets, aquariums, water features, wells, drainage areas, or other sensitive areas that may be affected by cleaning solutions, runoff, overspray, or rinse water.

Customers are responsible for keeping pets, children, chickens, livestock, and other animals away from the work area during service and until surfaces are reasonably dry or safe to re-enter. Eclipse Power Wash LLC may modify, postpone, exclude, or decline service in areas where sensitive animals, ponds, water features, plants, or site conditions create an unreasonable risk.

Eclipse Power Wash LLC is not responsible for damage or injury caused by undisclosed sensitive areas, pre-existing plant stress, poor drainage, customer failure to follow preparation instructions, animals entering the work area, or conditions outside our reasonable control.

Roof cleaning results may vary based on roof age, material, staining, algae, moss, lichen, drainage, shade, weather exposure, and prior maintenance. Organic growth may change color after treatment and may continue to release over time with weather and natural shedding.

Eclipse Power Wash LLC does not guarantee that all roof staining, moss, lichen, oxidation, discoloration, or weathering will disappear immediately unless a specific written warranty or result is included in the quote.

Gutter cleaning is limited to the scope stated in the quote. Standard gutter cleaning does not include underground drain clearing, gutter repairs, gutter guard removal or reinstallation, gutter brightening, tiger stripe removal, roof repairs, fascia repairs, or drainage correction unless specifically listed in writing.

Specialty services, including gutter brightening, rust removal, degreasing, oxidation removal, acid washing, concrete treatment, or other stain treatments, may have separate limitations and may not fully restore the original appearance of the surface.

Eclipse Power Wash LLC may take photos or videos before, during, or after service for documentation, quality control, customer communication, insurance records, dispute prevention, training, portfolio use, marketing, social media, or advertising.

We make reasonable efforts not to intentionally display personal information, private areas, faces, license plates, security codes, or other sensitive details.

Customers may contact us to request that specific photos not be used for marketing when reasonably practical. Some photos may still be retained for documentation, insurance, legal, warranty, or business record purposes.

Customers should inspect completed work and notify Eclipse Power Wash LLC of any service concerns, alleged damage, or incomplete work as soon as practical.

Eclipse Power Wash LLC may request photos, written details, access to inspect the area, or an opportunity to correct the concern. Customers agree to provide a reasonable opportunity for inspection and correction before seeking refunds, discounts, chargebacks, third-party repairs, or other remedies.

Eclipse Power Wash LLC is responsible only for damage directly caused by our negligence, willful misconduct, or operator error. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, normal wear, poor maintenance, improper installation, or conditions outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eclipse Power Wash LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or speculative damages, including loss of use, lost profits, business interruption, inconvenience, emotional distress, or damages unrelated to the services performed.

Eclipse Power Wash LLC’s responsibility, if any, is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence, willful misconduct, or operator error in performing the agreed service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The content on the Eclipse Power Wash LLC website, including text, photos, videos, graphics, service descriptions, logos, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Eclipse Power Wash LLC unless otherwise stated.

Website visitors may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Users may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our website, requesting a quote, accepting a quote, scheduling service, or communicating with us, you acknowledge that information may be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to Eclipse Power Wash LLC and its business operations, including applicable United States, North Carolina, and South Carolina laws where relevant.

The parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve service concerns, payment disputes, or other disagreements directly and in good faith before pursuing formal legal action.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Eclipse Power Wash LLC may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations, website, technology, legal obligations, or business practices.

The current version will be posted on this page with the effective date and most recent update date. Continued use of our website or services after updated Terms are posted means the updated Terms apply going forward.
